To verify your claim we require and process your personal data in order to fulfil the insurance contract (Art. 6 Abs. 1 b) DSGVO) and if necessary your data concerning your health (§11a-d Insurance Contract Act - VersVG). The settlement of the claim and the contact with the insurer is carried out by our ticket partner WTS Wien Ticket Service GmbH. For this purpose, your personal data will be transmitted directly to WTS Wien Ticket Service.

Please enter your invoice number and all the necessary data. After the successful notification of claim you get an e-mail, which summarizes the dates of your notification of claim and informs you about the further steps.
Keep all documents like police protocols, establishments of the facts, medical and hospital checkups and receipts etc. in order to prove the insured event as from the date of notification of claim at least for three month. During this period, the insurer reserves the right to require them from you.
