SCOPE OF APPLICATION:

These House Rules apply to Halls D, E, F, the foyers and other ancillary rooms as well as open spaces and the forecourt of Wiener Stadthalle, Roland-Rainer-Platz 1, 1150 Vienna (hereinafter referred to as the “Event Venue”) and govern the rights and obligations of event participants (visitors, event organisers and their employees or persons and companies engaged by them). The House Rules are displayed in the entrance areas. Event participants must comply with the provisions of the House Rules, as approved and announced, otherwise they will not be permitted to remain inside the Event Venue.

In the event that Halls A, B and C are rented out, the House Rules displayed there shall apply.

Contact details for the event organiser and supervisor(s) are available on the day of the event from the Wiener Stadthalle concierge at Vogelweidplatz 14, 1150 Vienna.

SCOPE/DURATION OF EVENT:

These House Rules and their annexes apply to the Event Venue for the duration of the event. The Event Venue includes all buildings, rooms, facilities and open spaces used in the course of the event. In case of contradictions, the provisions of these House Rules take precedence over those of the annexes.

ACCESS CONTROLS AND PARTICIPATION:

Event participants may be required to submit to an identity check by the event organiser’s supervisors or security staff or stewards before entry to the Event Venue.

The security staff engaged by the event organiser, the supervisors and the stewards are entitled to search clothing, bags and containers carried by event participants for prohibited or dangerous items at any time before entry to the Event Venue.

The security staff, the supervisors, the stewards or the organiser are entitled to refuse entry to the Event Venue to persons who may pose a security risk (e.g. due to excessive consumption of alcohol or the carrying of prohibited or dangerous items). The same applies to persons who do not consent to a search of their clothing, bags or containers or a potential ID check. In individual cases, the security staff, the supervisors, the stewards or the organiser are also entitled to carry out such checks on event participants who are already inside the Event Venue.
