RAF Camora was never a man of small steps - so his footprints became larger and more consistent.
With over 40 gold and platinum awards, two won 1-Live Kronen and various Echo nominations, he is Austria's most successful pop export. In recognition of his visionary achievement, commercial success and the representation of Austrian pop music in other European countries, the ProSieben, Sat.1 Puls4-Mediagroup, presented the artist with this year's 4GameChangers-Award.
The economic importance of RAF Camora's work was honoured with a cover and cover story in the world-renowned Forbes Magazine. In March 2019, the Federal Association of the German Music Industry reported that RAF Camora has sold over 5.8 million records in his career to date as a musician.
His last collabo album "Palmen aus Plastik 2" with Bonez MC caused the Austrian chart control to be adjusted after the places 1-10 were occupied with "Palmen aus Plastik 2" songs for three weeks. After a 200.000 spectators visited sold out tour, countless songs and awards, RAF Camora announces his last album "Zenit" as a solo artist.
At the peak of his unparalleled career he is now quitting. At the top of the mountain he looks around and knows: up here it is sometimes cold and often lonely ("It broke my heart when I still had one" - finale). When he looks back, he looks into some abysses, but he also sees blooming landscapes. Every valley saw sun and rain and made him what he is now.
It ends when it is at its most beautiful.
