Overview of procedures and policies for the exchange of tickets or refunds in case of cancellation or postponement of an event.

Please note that you must contact the booking office from which you bought your ticket/s for refunds (e.g. Wien Ticket, Ticketonline or Oeticket).
For tickets purchased from the Wiener Stadthalle box office, www.stadthalle.com or the Wiener Stadthalle Call Center, you must present the original ticket in order to receive a refund. Depending on where and how you bought your ticket/s, your options are as follows:
Tickets purchased from the Wiener Stadthalle box office or ordered by telephone from Wiener Stadthalle (+43 (0)1 98 100)
- Please return your ticket/s to the Wiener Stadthalle box office, located between halls D and F: Mon-Thu 10am-7pm, Fri 10am-6pm (except public holidays)
- send your ticket/s by registered post, including your bank account details to:

If you paid for your ticket/s by credit card , please send your ticket/s by registered post to the address above and your card will be credited with the refund.
The refund of the ticket price will be made promptly once we have received your ticket/s. If you chose the payment on delivery option when purchasing your ticket/s, please include this information along with your bank account details.
