With the eleven-piece band fronted by charismatic singer Jürgen “Phil” Mayer, the name says it all. This internationally acclaimed formation performs the greatest hits of Phil Collins and Genesis in an authentic, true-to-the-original sound. Having played numerous concerts across Germany, the USA, Italy, France, Switzerland, Denmark and the Benelux countries, the band has earned a reputation as one of the most authentic Phil Collins and Genesis tribute bands.

“PHIL” was founded in 1998 by members of the rock band “Amnesia”. Singer Jürgen Mayer, a devoted Phil Collins fan and expert, brought the idea of creating a Collins/Genesis project to life. His striking visual resemblance to the original, combined with his exceptionally authentic voice, makes every concert a truly special experience.

Phil Collins himself, with whom the band has been in contact for many years, recommends that fans of his music attend a “Phil” concert. He personally congratulated the band on its 10th anniversary, and for the band’s 25th anniversary, his longtime bassist Leland Sklar sent a personal video message.

Featuring bass, guitar, percussion, drums, keyboards, a horn section and backing vocalists, the band brings an impressive live setup to the stage and delivers a highly professional show.

For fans of Phil Collins and Genesis, “Phil” is an absolute must-see — it is hard to experience the legendary sound in a more authentic way.
