BOB DYLAN FAQ – Phone Free Show
BOB DYLAN FAQ – Phone Free Show
Why is this a Phone-Free Show?
The aim is to provide all attendees with an uninterrupted and shared concert experience. Therefore, mobile phones and other recording-capable devices cannot be used inside the concert hall during the show.
May I bring my mobile phone?
Yes. You may bring your mobile phone to the venue. However, before entering the concert hall, it must be secured in a lockable Yondr Pouch.
How does the admission process work?
Upon arrival, the Yondr team will assist you in placing your mobile phone inside the designated pouch. The pouch will be locked and will remain with you throughout the entire event.
Can I use my mobile phone during the show?
No. Mobile phones cannot be used inside the concert hall during the event.
What should I do in case of an urgent call or emergency?
For emergencies and urgent matters, designated Phone Zones are available outside the concert hall. The Yondr Pouch can be unlocked there by a member of staQ. Before re-entering the concert hall, your mobile phone must be placed back into the pouch and locked again.
Are cameras or other recording devices allowed?
No. Cameras, tablets, or any other recording-capable electronic devices are not permitted inside the concert hall and must be checked before entry. We recommend leaving such devices at home.
Is the phone-free policy mandatory?
Yes. Compliance with the Phone-Free policy is a condition of admission to the concert hall. Refusal to comply may result in denied entry without a refund of the ticket price.
Are there medical exceptions?
Yes. Attendees who require access to their mobile phone for medical reasons (e.g. monitoring health data) are asked to contact our staQ in advance or upon arrival so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
