The #glaubandich Monsterfreunde Concert
Concert series with six performances

This year, 18,000 Monsterfreunde children will take to the stage between 8 and 10 June 2026, spread across six concerts.

Together with their families and friends, they will rock Hall D of the Wiener Stadthalle. This brings together the largest children’s concerts in the country with the country’s biggest stage—a place where the magic of community can truly be felt.

Of course, a show programme featuring the groovy songs is an essential part of the experience. However, the true stars of the 75-minute concert are the children themselves, who have been preparing for this big moment throughout the entire school year. Unique and an unforgettable experience for the whole family—goosebumps guaranteed, not a dry eye in the house.

Who are the Monsterfreunde?

The Monsterfreunde are seven small, colourful monsters. They are named after the solfège syllables of the musical scale—DO, RE, MI, FA, SOL, LA and TI—and they love music. Each monster represents a musical note as well as a school subject. The tone monsters love school and are adventurous. In total, 16 major adventures have been specially developed for use in the classroom, bringing joy to school life. The highlight for the children each year is the final children’s choir concerts.
