Béjart Ballet Lausanne founded in 1987 by the visionary choreographer Maurice Béjart, one of the most influential artists of the 20th century. “Ballet for Life”,  the iconic masterpiece of Béjart Ballet Lausanne is  coming to Vienna for the very first time.

Thirty Years of a Living Legend
First premiered in 1996 at Lausanne and the premiere tour date was in january 1997 at Théâtre de Chaillot in Paris.  The performance was attended by Madame Chirac, Elton John, and the surviving Queen members — John Deacon, Brian May, and Roger Taylor. Since then, Ballet for Life has been performed in more than 40 countries with over 400 performances, continuing to captivate audiences across the globe.
