Oliver Rohrbeck, best known as the voice of Justus Jonas in the cult audio drama series The Three Investigators, will once again go on tour in 2026 together with sound effects artist Jörg Klinkenberg. In their luggage: a unique interactive event.

At the center of it all is the story The Three Investigators – The Legacy of the Master Thief, specially adapted for the stage. Together with up to eight fans, a one-of-a-kind live audio drama is created at every performance – right before the audience’s eyes. Using everyday objects, surprising effects, and great attention to detail, Jörg Klinkenberg conjures the soundscape live on stage that listeners normally only know from the finished audio drama. Carefully selected music elements and a rich, detailed sound design perfectly set the scene for this adventure. Victor Hugenay is dead! The master thief and archrival of the Three Investigators has died in a fatal accident. In a mysterious will, he leaves behind clues to his yet-undiscovered loot: several valuable paintings worth millions of dollars.

The three detectives pick up the trail – but the First Investigator seems a little distracted. What is going on with the head of the team? When a mysterious stranger appears who also seems to be after the hidden paintings, Justus, Peter, and Bob must prove their skills once again. Will they manage to solve the final riddle and recover the missing paintings before their shadowy pursuer does?
