The rousing 80s cult continues!
An entire generation was in FLASHDANCE fever in the 80s. Tight leotards and sweaters that slipped over the shoulder left their fashion mark. With its rousing soundtrack, the blockbuster secured a firm place in pop culture. The mega-hits "Flashdance - What a Feeling," "Maniac," "Gloria," "Manhunt" and "I Love Rock & Roll" are still danced to exuberantly at parties today.

After the great success of the last tour, there are again numerous new dates of FLASHDANCE - THE MUSICAL this fall. From September to December 2023, the audience can experience world hits and immerse themselves in the lifestyle of the cult decade. For example, in the Wiener Stadthalle on November 17th & 18th 2023.

More 80s does not go!
It is the feeling of nostalgia, combined with fireworks of joie de vivre, love and big dreams - the modern production enchants in its very own way. Rousing dances and choreography prepare the audience for an unforgettable evening.

Big love, big dream!
And the story of FLASHDANCE - THE MUSICAL is also moving. Alex Owens is a young woman in Pittsburgh, working in a steel mill by day and as a dancer in a bar by night. But her greatest dream is actually to become a recognized professional dancer. When Alex falls in love with her boss Nick Hurley, doors that were previously closed open and she gets the opportunity of a lifetime - an audition at the prestigious Shipley Dance Academy. Soon she is confronted with the darker side of her venture and must decide: Does she continue to live the life she has or fight for her dream? A strong woman at the center of the story, who works hard for her dream and dances and lives her very own style.

The well-known songs (Maniac, What A Feeling, Gloria, I Love Rock'n'Roll, Manhunt, etc.) will be sung in the original English. All other songs and dialogues in German.
